Plano Urogynecology Associates Specializes in Quality Care to Maintain and Restore a Woman’s Quality of Life

Insist on Minimally Invasive UroGyn Surgery

Dr. Mathews treats complex gynecologic conditions with robotic surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. You may be a candidate for these restorative therapies if you suffer from common women’s health issues:

  • Vaginal mesh complications
  • Bladder and vaginal prolapse
  • Other pelvic conditions that require surgery, including vaginal reconstruction

When urinary incontinence, vaginal relaxations and bulges or failed prior surgeries interfere with your quality of life, it’s imperative to enlist the help of a gynecologic surgeon skilled in the latest minimally invasive techniques such as the da Vinci robotic method.

Urogynecology: Uncommon Treatment for Common Female Disorders

The passing of time, pregnancy or childbirth can cause weakening of the pelvic floor, and rearrangement of the pelvic organs (bladder, uterus and rectum).

When you encounter female urinary tract problems, incontinence or loss of bladder control, seeking treatment can take courage, but the results can be life altering.

Dr. Mathews and the team at Plano Urogynecology Associates are committed to delivering today’s latest urologic treatments so that you can fully enjoy life and the activities that fulfill you. From recurrent urinary tract infections to incontinence, Dr. Mathews integrates the skills of a gynecologist, urologist and colorectal surgeon to treat complex female pelvic conditions.

Suffering from Incontinence?

You are not alone: 1 in 4 women—40 million–in this country suffer from urinary incontinence. If you have had children, are post-menopausal or obese, you are at risk for urinary incontinence.

Incontinence is not a normal part of aging or childbirth. Ask Dr. Mathews about advanced treatment and minimally invasive da Vinci robotic surgery to restore continence and your self-esteem.

Don’t suffer in silence. Dr. Mathews has spent more than two decades developing his therapeutic and surgical skills to care for the gynecological and pelvic health of his female patients in the Plano, Dallas and Frisco communities.
