The time of day you eat a snack may affect how easy it is to lose weight, new research suggests.
A study published in the December edition of the Journal of the American Dietetic Association finds midmorning snacking was associated with less weight loss than snacking at other times of day. The study suggest that appropriate snacking can help with weight loss but morning snackers loss less weight than those who snack later in the day.
